Shoe Dept. Encore

Not one employees was wearing a mask over their mouth and nose. Some not over either. Bought one quick pair of shoes with cash and had to return them next day and had to come back into the store twice to get my return processed. Felt very unsafe, no hand sanitizer or cleaner anywhere to be seen. Employees were rude and dismissive to me. Had to use a pen to sign a receipt that everyone else has touched. I will never return here. Manager is outside smoking right in front of store as I drive away. So unprofessional!!

The employer was nice... even after being disrespected and someone vandalized the store because they didn't get their way!! Even with all that she was super cool!!
