UPDATE: I don't understand how this place isn't 5 stars. The food, the service, the environment, the people, the mission, are all something that is a blessing to this little city of ours. Their take on French cuisine was absolutely outstanding and I enjoyed every bite. I had to force myself to find room so I can have some of their dessert. I can't wait to go back next month!nnAmazing Food. Amazing Service. Environment is nice. but I know I'm being picky when I say this, the lighting wasn't awesome. Different color temperatures, and a couple of bulbs missing. But I'm reaching right now.nnOverall, it's a high quality place to eat when you want to celebrate life, a birthday, or have an excuse for a fancy cocktail. They have truly helped elevate the restaurant game in CR.
Oh my gosh! What an amazing experience for your palate! Your taste buds will sing. The wait staff knows their stuff and have little unknown tidbits to share. I highly recommend this outing spot for an experience guaranteed to spoil your date.
We were very impressed with the food - the beef needed a quick warm up, and instructions were clear, and successful. The beef was... really good. Like, excellent. The sauce to add was amazing, and the beef was well-marbled, and when you hit that marbling it all melted. The salads were great, too. It all hung together perfectly. For two people it was a great amount.
This restaurant exceeded all my expectations! We went for the summer Italy menu and every item was so amazing! I've lived in Dallas the past 10 years and I enjoyed Cobble Hill more than any 5 star restaurant I've been to there. My brother and I are trying to go back this week! 5 stars all and all!
The best fine dining you will ever find in the CR area. Food is delicious and you know they put in effort in making that so. Fine dining comes at a price -- literally and you get small portions. However, our first experience was nothing but short of a lovely night. We look forward to coming back!
