Great place to get a steak! A little pricey but well worth it. Our visit was good. The server was friendly, patient and attentive. The food as usual was exceptional.

We have never had a bad experience here. The servers and hosts are quick to say hi and help us. Even with the changes they had to make, service is great. Today we got the Nashville Hot Cauliflower to start and it's probably the best thing I have ever eaten! Also tried the new Lobster BLT. So good! I miss steak fries but I will get over it. Will definitely be back.

Unprofessional to say the least! I came for a pick up and stood there for a while, saw a few people walking around and none of them said anything like “have you been helped yet” or anything just to acknowledge someone is there. so I assumed they were busy. Went to the bathroom, came back out and nobody was still there so I asked a lady in the bakery if there’s anybody here to talk to, I had a pick up. So finally one lady came over , probably a manager. Apparently she didn’t realize i had been waiting there for a while, and when I finally told her I had a pick up, she just responded with this tone and attitude as if I had just walked in the restaurant. I stood there waiting for the food for at least half an hour. I saw other people walk in and with a minute there was someone there responding to them. It Almost seems as though, the drivers are not as important to them. Even other drivers who walked in were being ignored or talked to with with noticeable reluctance. Drivers are customers, there is someone waiting at home, at work or somewhere for that driver to bring them the food.! In some restaurants, they see you wait for even 15 minutes, they would say something. I waited for over an hour, maybe 35 to 40 min, before my pick up was ready. And you would expect “sorry about the wait” or something basic professionalism. Nope! Nothing like that. I’ve done pick up here many times before, this is by far my worst experience .
