The worst location of Bank of America. The worst customer service. Will be better to close this location. And honestly it’s good that it’s closed because of COVID so people don’t waste their time
ATM`s, both of them are without cash since March 2020. No cash transactions can be done thru the ATM`s. No cash withdraws or deposits. Doesnt seem like anyone from BOFA cares to fix those issues. Its July now.
At 210pm on a Wednesday there was one teller. Seven customers lined up. The customer at the window was having some issue. Two other employees were walking around. Perhaps they were on official business but it wasn't apparent. What was apparent was that no one seemed concerned that seven customers were in line for a really long time. Next time I'll drive to 4th Street in Kent.
I only come here for emergencies when I have limited time. Some times the tellers are okay but most days it's a poor experience. If I really think about it, it's probably the worst bank I've been to
I should not need to wait for 15 minutes in line. There was only one teller and many people in line.
