Chase Bank

Highly recommend this branch. I've had Chase for years and recommend it to my family.nnJonathan, a Personal Banker, assisted two of my family members with the set up process and was very professional. He had an upbeat attitude and made sure they were all set.nnThey are usually busy and it is a small office, but we were able to get assisted pretty quickly.

Made an attempt to open a checking account and obtain a debit card. After a week of waiting bank has refused to deliver my debit card to the provided address. Finally I was forced to close my account and go to another bank. Have no complaints about people here, they are really friendly and helpful but it doesn't make an effect on the result

Came in at 6:10 to close out my moms accounts. (She recently passed away) Was told they close at 7 and there wasn't enough time and to come back tomorrow. Really???? Talk about poor customer service. Wont be returning here anytime soon.
