My wife and I were really looking forward to eating here today. Today's experience was a total disaster. Normally we love eating here. The front employees acted liked its was a bother to take or assemble our order. Utensils and condiments (had to go to back to get because no one had brought any up) had to be requested for a dine in order. My wife ordered the fish sandwich combo and I ordered the fish dinner. The fish for both was extremely over cooked. I didn't get the biscuit for the dinner. My wife didn't get the pie she requested. After checking the receipt we saw the girl never input the request.nnDon't get me wrong. Typically we loved going here. Today's experience though was horrible!

I've only been here once. My order turned out bad, as in my God I wouldn't eat that kind of bad. They did make it right and the manager was very nice. The Fayetteville location rocks though, very consistent with their food.

We bought food to go. Upon arriving home all of the dessert pies were missing. Maybe my hubby should have checked what he got before he left. I had to drive 12 mins down the road to get them. Mistakes happen, no biggie. What was most frustrating was the time I waited to even get acknowledged upon my return. I obviously walked in the door with a receipt in hand. It took me over an hour out of my evening.

I have gone to this location at least 20 times. Initially I had many issues with online ordering because apparently no one had any idea how to do a online order. They kept saying this is new and we don’t know how to do it. I could clearly see my name on the screen of orders in the restaurant and it stated “online order” “paid”. It’s not rocket science. Tonight I order a family meal of 10 pieces of chicken and of course I was asked to pull forward. No surprise. After 15 minutes I went in to see the hold up. The night manager said it takes 30 minutes to cook so it’s going to be 15 more minutes. This is 8pm and I’ve got an hr drive home already and it’s just a huge inconvenience. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. How can you not have chicken ready? In the past 10 years that I have gone to chick fil a and ordered for my large family I have NEVER once been asked to pull forward. NEVER. It’s too bad they don’t have one here. Call chick fil a and ask how they do it please. Thanks.
