This particular location was a big disappointment! I had to wait until they cooked hamburger patties, but the sandwich was not good. Barely warm bread and extremely stingy sauce, pickles and onions resulted in a dry unappetizing sandwich. The fries did not taste fully cooked. This in spite of the blond supervisor saying she would give me fresh fries. They need to check their oil temperatures! I am a Jack's fan when the location is well managed. This is not one of those locations, at least the day I visited. Lastly, the young woman at the cash register used improper sanitary technique to handle the drink lid, holding it with her fingers where it would touch the middle rather than the edges. Based on her performance and the person I observed making the hamburgers while I waited, the manager need to focus on training the staff!

So it’s Saturday morning 12/12nRainy day in Huntsville..nI pulls up to order,and see the breakfast menu,it’s 11 a.m. The young lady taking my order has be having a terrible day,because that’s how she taking my order that I can have because breakfast stops at 11.nShe send a young man out to flip the menu ,he does think and I’m appreciative so I can get on with my order.So i place my order for the Pattyhouse Melt ,I believe that’s what it was called,pull to the window and the young man is there to finish with my order,he’s upbeat,smiling,happy and receptive.Thankfully but the lady seems very miserable and peoples energy affects me In positive or negative manners.nAnyhow I got my food,parked and started to eat,not even close to what I ordered,but being the young man conveyed his positive energy ,I didn’t do anything other than any the food that was presented and was good and warm.Had it been the other way around,the young lady would have had me upset and I would have exchanged my food and probably asked to speak with management...

I was there at 530 am I reckon they don't heat the gravy from the day before up until maybe 600 am because mine wasn't even lukewarm. Glad I didn't order the double!!
