I came during lunch yesterday and had a burger and tenders. Food came out fast, was hot and delicious. It’s closer to me than other fast food chains so I enjoy it. Came again today bc I couldn’t stop craving their burgers. They use either an egg bun or brioche but it’s way tastier than other fast food places. Person taking my order was also super helpful and placed my order in a way which would save me money which was nice.
You can't beat Jack's breakfast specials. Eggs, grits, meat of choice, sawmill gravy, and a biscuit. It makes for quite a full meal. Their steak biscuits are the best I've ever had from a drive thru. Staff is friendly, accurate, and polite. And FAST. Don't let the long line discourage you. It moves quickly. These folks know what they are doing.
Everything i get from here is amazing!!! Food is hot service is fast and who doesn't love ice cream? I think it's better than Chick-fil-A (ice cream) try out the one in harvest off 53.
The food was hot, service friendly, drive-thru, order was correct, wasn't busy. I would rate +/- had we gone inside. We shall return. ud83dude09
A tad bit slow but it was lunch time and there was a bit of a crowd. But the food was extremely good and very hot when I got it. Had to actually let the chicken fingers cools a bit before I could pick the up. And also the fries were extremely hot.nFood was very tasty and the service was great. I think the slowness due to the lunch hour rush.nThis store is run very well and are extremely well respectful. If you want some great service from Jack's, you need to visit the Hughes road, Madison, AL location.
