First time here, based on reviews and recommendations. My daughter lives in New Market, just outside of Huntsville. She told me the could not find good sushi on this side of town. I took it as a challenge and did my research.. We were a party of 5 before a Havoc game. I had one of the Poke bowls and everyone else had sushi rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thanks for a great experience.

Great sushi place! I came here for the first time with my boyfriend and we ordered the Over the Rainbow and the Crunch. Both were delicious. The inside has a great ambience, comfortable booths, and a really cool digital ceiling display. I highly recommend! We met the owner and she is extremely friendly and very appreciate of business during these tough times. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

We were greeted immediately with a friendly employee. There was a huge plastic partition that separates you from the food and employees. That plus the masks we were all wearing made it difficult to communicate how I wanted to build my custom bowl but that's not their fault. Overall it was a quick and pleasant experience and I will be going back again.

Not crowded at noon on a Wednesday. Service was friendly and quick. Many options for lunch. Food seemed really fresh. Building a bowl seemed one of the best options, especially given all of the choices (grain, greens, protein, toppings, sauce). You can easily build a large and filling bowl for about $10-12.nnCOVID specific note: Dividers at front counter protecting food and workers. All workers wore masks and gloves.

I love the remodeling job they've done moving the sushi bar to its own place. I have yet to try the sushi. Their bowls are awesome, and I've come here quite a few times, but I have to be honest when I say that for the price, Aloha Poke off University definitely serves MUCH larger portions of items. I was still hungry after finishing mine and after spending around $12 for lunch, I can't say that I'm 100% satisfied. Other than other places offering larger portions for the price, I'd recommend anyone exploring Huntsville to definitely check this place out.
