Great locally sourced meals and they taste fantastic. The atmosphere is laid back upscale, staff is friendly and the menu isn't excessive or overpriced. If you want a nice casual fine dining experience that marries locally sourced food with being taken up a notch, definitely try out 1892 East!
We tried the Sunday brunch while visiting family in Huntsville. Really did not want breakfast so we got the 1892 hamburger. It was very good as were the French fries. I would like to try their lunch or dinner menu in the future. The atmosphere is nice, and staff were friendly. The restaurant is located in the historic Five Points district just east of downtown.
We do love to eat... and this place has free mimosas on Sundays! Great selection, vegan or carnivore. Excellent french press coffee too. Another go to brunch.
Beautiful restaurant. Extensive martini, beer, and wine selections. The menu is very limited due to Covid, but everything on it is amazing. Their sauces are particularly good. Ambiance is lovely. Nice date night place.
Tables are distanced and staff are wearing masks. Hostess and waiter were great.nnWent for brunch, and everyone loved their dish. Would recommend the Chicken plate if you're hungry but 2 people at the table ordered the 1892 burger and couldn't stop talking about it.
