We've been ordering a lot of takeout from Logans since the pandemic started. I order online, which is fairly easy to navigate and do. There's no comment section so I usually call after placing the order to ask for the extras. I always add a dozen rolls to our order so I say I need extra butter and extra steak sauce, and I don't mind paying for it. Half the time its there, half the time its not. Check your boxes and bags before leaving. Several occasions I've had salads and no dressing, baked potatoes and no butter or sour cream, and even had a missing side on 2 occasions. The food is good, its always ready on time, they pack it well. My only issue and the reason for 4 stars is how often I have had missing items and how now I have to open and go through everything before leaving to ensure I have everything.
I ALWAYS have a bad experience here. Went with family because they said its improved. I had to ask for everything I ordered after the rest of the table received their food. Then my main course was absolutely wrong. My 5 year old enjoyed the cheeseburger but I will never go back.
Good service the waitress we had great was great. I will not go to any other Logan's but this one. The manger was very nice too.
I love their 8.99 specials!!!
Sat for 25 minutes and never even got our drink orders put in. Waitress walked by our table about 4 times and looked at us and not one time asked if we have been waited on. I can understand if the place is busy but you should atleast acknowledge your customers. We will not be back.
