We went for my younger brother’s birthday, they took a while to sat us but we didn’t get mad then we sat I guess it was the host but she brought our drinks the sever never came, we saw a sever but since I’m a host at a restaurant I know a little about it works and I assumed our table wasn’t her section, but we were the only ones there and our sever never came we waited for around 25 minutes and we just got up and left I feel like we shouldn’t have waited 25 minutes, if there wasn’t a sever they could’ve let us known we would’ve understood but they didn’t. The only one who did their job was the guy who cleaning windows and who sat us, and the fact y’all don’t respond to the negative reviews says a lot.

Applebee’s offered 40 Free Boneless Wings if I placed an order of $40 or more online on Super Bowl Sunday. I chose Curb Side Pick Up when I placed my order. My order was to be ready at 3:45, but I got there at 4:00 to allow time for my order to be ready.nWhen I got to Applebee’s, I used the text from Applebee’s to notify them that I was there. I waited 15 minutes and no one brought my order out to me. I noticed one of the other person’s parked next to me in the Curb Side Pick Up lane had gone in and he came out with his order.nSo I went in and I went to the end of the bar (where I was directed to go by the young man in the front who was seating folks). I noticed that there appeared to be one group with about 18 people in the group. They had at least one waitress and they had already been served. Other than the group, there was one person sitting at the bar.nI stood there about 10 minutes before my presence was acknowledged, even though I know at least 3 employees saw me standing there.nWhen I did bring my order home, I noticed that the 2 orders of Garlic Mashed Potatoes that I requested, instead of French Fries, were not included. I was given the French Fries I did not want.nOverall, the food was fresh and warm.nI am not sure how soon I will return to this location.

I went tonight with the hubby for a night out and the service was not great. We got there was seated promptly. When we ordered our food I told the waiter I wanted my steak well done it and it was pinkish red in the middle they put it back on the grill amd put my sides on another plate and warned it up in the microwave and my husband waited for some more tea I had to get the bus boy to get this tea. Won't be back

Overall our patronage was good but we had to wait so long for a waitress they put us in a area where I guess they didn't have a waitress and the time before that my husband's steak was blood red when he ordered it medium well so he didn't eat that they did take it back and throw it back on the grill which I think is against the law but they cooked it then they cooked it so much that he couldn't chew it so I don't know if we'll be going back or not it was just that it's the closest thing to my granddaughters work

I would not recommend coming here. Sat over 45 minutes waiting for appetizers to come out. Finally asked the waitress when the appetizers would be ready she said it should be done. She brought one appetizer and then brought out all of our meals. Order blackened Cajun salmon with double loaded mashed potato’s...COLD. Seemed as if it was sitting for hours had no warmth to it at all. Asked the waitress for a Togo container and she bring some out this tiny container and when I ask for a bigger one she says that’s all they have. I didn’t eat any of my food and the container wouldn’t even fit my meal. She sent someone else to bring me the container. This was the worst experience ever and I won’t ever be back. Terrible customer service, terrible cooks just sucks all around. Never coming back.
