They were able to get my dog in very quickly for unscheduled urgent care; completed his lab work and minor surgery, and we had him back home with us in about three hours. He doesn't like the lamp-shade he's got to wear for two weeks, but he's on the mend and getting better every day. Dr Brooks and all of the Veterinary Assistants treated him with great care and compassion. It would be a stretch to say he's looking forward to his follow-up visit, but he wants the lamp-shade off and really enjoys the attention he gets from the Staff. Five Stars!
Today was our first time coming to West Gate Vet. We had an amazing experience! Dr. Barnes was very sweet and gentle with my babies. The vet tech was very nice and made sure I understood everything. Jinx and Autumn will definitely be coming back!
Our dog was bit by another dog and was rushed into this clinic right as they opened, before the vet had even arrived. They were very attentive and helpful in getting our little guy taken care of. They were able to keep him all day, monitor him, as well as provide medicine to heal him over the next week at a very reasonable price. (Under 500$) Dr. Brook was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly don't think our dog would have survived if they hadn't rushed into action to fix and care for him. The vet even rushed in before her working hours to ensure he was cared for.
Got me in on short notice and gave great service. My dog is a big ball of nerves and they were understanding and great with him. They have highest recommendations and thanks!
Very friendly and professional staff at West Gate. They did an incredible job with helping our pup get an appointment the same day and are always very responsive.
