Food was average, nothing to write home about. The staff was very nice. Got a to-go order and they go thru the boxes with you to make sure everything is there before you go. I've been twice and once it was a bit smokey inside so just be aware if you have sensitive eyes like me.

We had ordered at 6:19, and got our food 1 hour later. The ribs were cold, chicken had no BBQ on it and it seemed more like baked chicken w/ just salt and pepper with a teasp of sauce. The restaurant was very smoky and smelled like burnt food. We got up to leave when they finally brought our food. Staff was nice though.

Super delicious food!!! Loved everything. Super polite and friendly staff. I wish there was a Shane's Rib Shack in Dothan but it's definitely worth the drive to Enterprise to eat there food.

This place has gone waaayyyyy down hill over the last 2 years. Every time I order there is some sort of problem, if I'm even able to order at all. Today will be my last time eating here until there is a major improvement made with the service.

Would recommend. Food is great! Portions are a little small for most men.
