Prior to today, I would have given the store rep. that I dealt with, zero stars. After speaking with Michael, the manager - all of my problems were solved. Michael showed concern, empathy for my situation, and his professionalism was exemplary. I will now not hesitate to visit this store for all of my AT&T needs.
Went there for a friend to get a new sim. What should have been a 5 min transaction turned into a lot longer...
Although phone shopping, the At&t company can be frustrating at time, Joe always turns that stress around and makes it a fun adventure. He knows his stuff, and is willing to help without being pushy. He is my favorite (no offense everyone else), but he has a knack for customer service. We love him!
Has anyone else gotten refused by Elkins AT&T because the staff “wasn’t staying past 8pm because they’d been there since 8am”? Mind you, we got there at 7:39pm... not like it was a min til. I didn’t know you could refuse a customer just because you felt like it? Oh, and we were the only ones there. There were not any other customers. Every single thing I asked her it was well.... let me go see, if she didn’t argue with me we probably wouldn’t have been there long. It was CINDY. I will NEVER do business with her ever again. I’m actually contemplating leaving AT&T for such unprofessionalism.
The employees here are wonderful everytime I have gone in. Especially this last time. Brandon helped me out and was very customer centered. Very friendly and had all the information I needed. Highly recommend this store. Thanks Brandon for the wonderful job you do, you deserve a raise!
