Been sprint customers since the mid 90s. Went in to upgrade my phone for the first time in 5 years and picked out a galaxy note s10+. I purchased insurance along with the phone like I always do. I was told that if I bought and installed the liquid glass product it would cover any part of phone's deductible. They also made the claim it could be dropped from 10' and would sustain no damage, which I found hard to believe but whatever. Well two days go by and a drop my new phone from about 2' and crack the back, my fault. I start the insurance claim with sprint to replace the phone. Then I proceeded to go through the protective products claim process, and they don't cover that. So now I'm out the cost of the protective product (replacement phone obviously doesn't have it), the cost of the new phone, and the insurance deductible. All said and done around $1,500 for this new phone. I understand that dropping the phone was my fault, but I feel the store sold me on a false guarantee. I called the store and talked with someone but I never got a return call.

All the employees were great except one. He was absolutely fantastic. Amazing individual. Loved his personality as well as his knowledge. He explained things in a very understanding manner and was always upbeat. Very professional but also very fun.

The service here at the local Sprint store in Elkins, WV has always been excellent. And, this past service was also excellent. No complaints!
