Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
They always have my personal preference of tubes and tobacco in stock. I like the rewards program. The staff is always friendly. Been buying my RYO products there for 4 years now and I have saved thousands compared to buying cigarettes by the pack or carton. Also my breathing has improved tremendously and my house no longer smells like an ashtray. If people only knew what chemicals and poisons were in a pre-packaged pack of cigarettes vs rolling your own, most of you would buy a machine and start rolling a pack every day. Not to mention they last longer. And once you start RYO the taste of pre-packaged cigarettes tastes so nasty you won't want them ever again. The last pack of cigarettes I purchased was last summer, they were Marlboro. I got them with a $4 off coupon that come in the mail. I gave them away after smoking 3 and getting a headache..
Staff is always friendly and shows good knowledge on the products they sell.
Do not spend any money with this store. They will sell you things that won't even work together and then refuse to give you a refund. Terrible customer service. Fully untrained staff. Go elsewhere.
LOVE this place! POLITE and smiling people working here. Always in a good mood & laughable which for me sets the feeling for this place. Ready with answers and willing to show me how products work with hands on demonstration.
