Max is always a pleasure to work with. The Fayetteville location is always the quickest and easier store to go too.

I have a shared account with other persons and one is an authorized user, well the associate said there was no other person other than myself on the account. I had to call 611 to get things straightened out only to be told this person was authorized. I ended up going in person to personally authorize changes. The associate ended up not being able to solve our problem at that time (not her fault or ours or US Cellular). However, they did tell me of a new plan that would save me 20-30$ off my monthly bill. That has to be done at end of billing cycle. I can't give 5 stars due to original problem, but would give a 4.5 if I could. I've been with US Cellular for about 18 years, I've had more than my share of problems with them but nothing that didn't get worked out. They have the best coverage in my area (and state as a whole) so that's why I stay with them.

The employes here are a bunch of scammers and do not sell what they advertise. I will never purchase anything from this store agian!
