The employees are always helpful and very kind. Good selection.nnBut did you know this particular Crocs store has a policy of no drinks inside of their establishment? A store filled with rubber shoes, shoes that are made for the water, shoes that literally wipe clean with a wet rag, shoes that dry in .8 seconds... They simply can't risk a grown man carrying a water bottle around inside that store.
Prices are similar to online. This store is at the outlets so I expected a better deal. The store is small and they are allowing too many people to come in at one time. Not worth the trip.
My brother was visiting from Calif, and while at Round Rock Outlet Mall, decided, Crocs brother, you need Crocs, so, there we went. He had never worn Crocs. The store was very busy, yet the employees were very helpful and kind, directing & assisting. Bob, the manager, had his hands full, but took the time to meet my brother & sell us on some great shoes! Bob's professional manner & knowledge of the product gave my brother confidence to buy Crocs for the first time. We were satisfied customers & will definately be back to Bob's store, and, my brother is now a new customer for Crocs! Thanks Bob, you're the best!
Crocs in Round Rock is a very nice store. The staff is always polite, and very helpful. The selection is pretty decent, and the promos are always worth the money. It's hard to pick just one pair.....
Just want to say, my first time ever walking in into a Croc store, bad experience.... the staff in the counter not very friendly, helpful and most importantly unprofessional.nTried to exchange the same shoe for a different size only, for a pair that were given to my son for Christmas, I had a receipt... and the girl in the front counter very rude and unapologetic... didn’t even bother to look at my receipt. With an attitude said to me “I said NO”. Never going back in there.
