I gave it a one star because of the stores staff member. NOT MEMBERS BUT MEMBER! Just one employee made me not want to go again n I’m sure he’s made the other customers just as uncomfortable he should be fired! I asked for the owner n they said he wasn’t there very disappointed!! N I always buy sneakers here too
Abel was awesome with helping me order my shoes. He made sure I was happy with the size and was very patient. I will definitely be coming back here!!
While Abel and Michael were of enormous help and did everything in their power to point me in the right direction, I was extremely dissatisfied with the company for not carrying A. Heeleys or B. Sketchers. I will not shop with Robert Wayne anymore unless they allow me to look fly skating down the hallways of my choosing.
These guys are AWESOME. My son was adamant about some rainbow checkerboard Vans for him & his Dad. Unable to get the sizes we needed our salesman came through with a fantastic solution.
Abel was excellent in assisting customers. The store didn't have my sizes and he was glad to order from other stores and have the shoes shipped to me.
