They always are very nice here! Good selection of toys, food, and litter. Great place to stop in and learn about pet nutrition!
Jackie was super helpful in finding me what I needed. I love their selection of products. They also give your dog a goody bag on their birthday (I think you have to join their rewards program for it), and there are so many things in there! Food, treats, toys, etc. My family couldn't believe that all that free swag was included. Will definitely be coming back
I just adopted a new puppy who has most likely been abused. The team at the Kirkland location was so incredibly accommodating and helpful. They spent so much time helping me find the right things for my new dog and giving me tips and suggestions on helping him acclimate. The store itself is also spotless and has such a great variety of supplements, food, toys and apparel for cats and dogs. I will never shop at a big store again! I’m so grateful to have this store so close to my home. Support local and shop here!
They have always been great and thier curbside pickup is super convenient. Super friendly staff.
I just adopted a 5 month old aussie, and on his first day, I was totally unprepared. I needed all the essentials right away, but I had forgotten to write down the brand of food he was eating. Thankfully Carol (I think this was her name), was extremely helpful! She gave me several reading materials, advice, and helped me pick safe treats and toys. He loved everything we picked out, and his crate and house training are going really well!
