Wings of the World

Love, love, LOVE this place!! We drive 45 minutes just to come here with our Cockatoo because the customer service is always great! We love that they carry food and toys for our large breed parrot. It's very hard to find a place that sells that kind of stuff since the little birds are more common as pets. We also love the free grooming they offer. Joan handles the birds like a pro and gets them groomed and out the door in no time! They offer boarding for birds as well, which we haven't used but plan on it when we travel. I can't say enough good things about this place! Definitely a place to visit if you own a bird or even if you're interested in owning one.

This place is amazing. Joan is the BEST when it comes to her knowledge of birds and how to run a business. She has supplied all my bird needs for at least 10 years. I only had positive experiences with Wings of the word. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about caring for the birds! Recently one of my budgies was very sick, I needed to administer medicine to him but I just couldn't do it right. Joan took the time to teach me, she went above and beyond, she gave me tips on how to keep him warm and protected in order to recover properly. Joan's care saved my budgie who I believed would not survive. Our family is very grateful to Wings of the Word!

I absolutely love this place! The staff are extremely personable and welcoming. They always take such great care of my cockatoo when I take her to get her grooming. I can't recommend enough if you are looking for a shop that specializes in parrots and cares deeply enough to give you great advice! Thank you, Joan and staff!
