Table of 8. Some food was hot mostly barely warm. Overall food tasted good. There was only 1 waitress for the entire place thank goodness we went early. She did a great job in serving us. The ladies at the table were all very cold don't think they had heater on which didn't help. Beautiful restaurant but even the fireplace didn't work which we were sitting next to.nWould go back and give it a second chance. Again, waitress was great.

Adequate is really the best way to describe the food here. My group tried 4 different dishes, each of which was just about as good as I'd make at home or worse. The server Melissa was excellent and attentive, despite being the only server on staff at 12:30 on a Sunday. Hostess was tasked with a second duty I didn't understand, but it caused those coming in to have to wait 5-10 minutes before she even got around to the hostess stand to seat them. Not her fault, this place is just obviously suffering from COVID staffing issues. 3 stars because they are 'doing their best.'nnUpdate: I've reached out as requested in the reply to this review. Typically I find that doing so is a dead end. Will update again if I get a response. Will remove a star if I don't.nnUpdate 2: As suspected, even though they told me to reach out I have received no response. Stop pretending like you care and posting these responses with no intention of following up; worse than saying nothing. Star removed.

highly recommend! I ordered delivery through their website and they jumped through hoops to make sure my order was correct, completed in a timely manner and delicious! I forgot to add an item to my online order and when I called for assistance, it was met with a friendly response and the gentleman on the phone (Marcus I believe?) was great! He went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Best experience with a restaurant in a long time!

Pretty basic food for higher prices. I ordered a plate of Chicken Alfredo for $17, it was the kind of stuff I could make at home. It was very fatty, and I didn't feel too well long after. If you can cook pasta and chicken breasts, I recommend you stay home.

Me and my spouse enjoyed our meals. First went to Pappadoux but they were having supply shortage of oysters. The deal breaker was the swamp thing machine was brokeud83dude22. Went to Macaroni Grill and had excellent service along with a hot tasty meal and great conversation. Wonderful!
