The service was very good from the bartender, our server and the hostess. The food was extremely tasty and too much for my family to eat so we had plenty of leftovers. My ONLY complaint is that the front of the house had the rolling silver containers out on the benches where people sit to wait in their table. They were off in the corner but still very close to customers waiting to be seated. I, personally, disliked that(I worked in restaurants as a server and bartender for 10 years) but other than that, I was happy with everything and will return again ud83dude01
The food was great as was the server. The downside was we made a reservation for a large birthday party weeks in advance. They weren't ready at arrival so we had a 20 minute wait to be seated which is tough with the young kids we had. In addition the group got seated in two booths across the aisle from eachother. The atmosphere was too loud to communicate across tables.nnThey had the capability to seat large parties but appeared to have overbooked the seating for those as two other parties the same size got grouped together. They need to prioritize advanced reservations as this killed the vibe.
For a chain, this restaurant has it down. Especially, this location. 3 of the most professional and nicest managers in the food service business. If you want consistency at a fair price, this place will hit the spot every time. Professional staff, good food, fair prices. All you could ever want in a restaurant.
My wife and I came in for dinner, and despite the restaurant being busy we were seated very quickly. Our waiter was very friendly, and provided great service. The manager walked around the dining room greeting all of the customers with a big smile and friendly attitude. He even congratulated us on my wife being 7 months pregnant.nThe food came out in a timely fashion, and everything was cooked to our satisfaction.nnTwo ud83dudc4d up.
The most excellent service! The waiter wrote down the order. Everything came out perfectly cooked and prepared. The waiter even brought the kids foor out first! The manager came by to check on our experience! Love, love, LOVE this restaurant!
