I had lunch at the bar with a couple of beers. The food was really good and the beers were ice cold. However, the service is what stands out!nSarah and Christlyn were very attentive, polite, fun and friendly. They ensured I, and everyone else, was enjoying their time. They didn't skip a beat on service. Also, the girls here are very attractive so that is always a plus!
I am normally a big fan of this place but went here on Christmas Eve and did not have very good service. Our waitress was very polite and she took our food order. Everyone’s food came out about 20 minutes later and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger and got a burger with an egg and onions on it. Our server was busy doing something when the food arrived, so we had to wait 2-3 minutes and she still didn’t come check on us. My sister had to go tell her at the waitress station that my order was wrong and instead of the waitress coming after she finished what she was doing, she stopped along the way to chat with a guest instead of making us who were her current customers a priority. When the server got to our table, she said that my order got mixed up, which would be understandable if they were busy but they weren’t. The server should be checking that the food she is picking up matches what we actually ordered. They remade my burger, meanwhile the other 2 people that I was with ate before I got my food. I thought for sure our server would have offered a discount for our meal not going as planned and me having to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to eat, but that did not happen. After going my entire meal without being checked on for a drink, I finally called the waitress over and asked her for a water and she said no and then waited a while to say she was joking. Definitely my worst experience here, which wasn’t just terrible but definitely could have been handled more professionally and with a sense of urgency.
Twin Peaks may have a bad reputation due the the Waco incident, but the food is really good, the serving sizes are more that what you expect, and the price is nice. The service is always good. The waitresses come around often, but they are not too intrusive. There are usually drink specials as well.
Hands down the worst service we’ve ever experienced. Our waitress didn’t come to our table no more than 3 times on her own, and we were there for a few hours. Food came out wrong, other orders didn’t come out at all. Asked multiple waitresses for a manager, who never came by. Went to the front to speak with a manger and still nothing. Finally got the order that hadn’t shown up and that was wrong. Usually love coming here but the service over the years has gone downhill.
01-27-2021nI ordered the fried pickles as my appetizer, they were crunchy and very flavourful. my only critique would be that the pickles were too skinny for me. the helping is enough to nearly fill you up alone. ****nFor the main course, I ordered the 13 OZ. Ribeye steak cooked to Med-Rare. It was well cooked and the desired range. very moist and easy to chew! no sauce needed! sadly, it was not seasoned well, so it was lacking that flavor.****nmy sides were reg. fries, which were crisp, and well-salted. ***nAnd sweet-potato fries had a nice crispness with a touch of salt. right after you get hit with the sweetness.****nThe waitress was kind, though she did tend to hang around certain tables more. I am assuming that they are more of the regulars. all in all, it was a good experience.nn01-28-2021nTonight I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip was GREAT! It was full of flavor and was not soupy! It was chunky and think! ****nThe chips however were less to be desire, super-thin chips, you will need to use your fork to scope and either eat that bit with a chip or place that scope on the chip. Either way, good luck dipping/scoping with the chip.***nFor the meal, I ordered 6 naked bone-in traditional wings extra crispy. The sauce I had was spicy-garlic which was quite good, just on the precipice of my heat tolerance. ****nThe waitress was attractive, kind, and polite. She was doing her job going to her tables and whatnot. ****nSadly, they had no Dr. pepper which is a half star of for me.*
