Buffalo Wings & Rings

First time eating here in many years and overall it was very good. The service was prompt on a Sunday afternoon. The wings were delicious and prepared as ordered as were the fries and side salad. Our waitress kindly kept our drinks topped off and even brought us additional blue cheese for the wings. The only reason for four stars was that we witnessed another employee wipe a clean plate with his shirt before he delivered it to another table.

I went there accidentally, thinking that it was Buffalo Wild Wings. After I realized it, I wanted to give this place a try. However, it is much worse than Buffalo Wild Wings. First of all the food is almost inedible because it's so hard to chew. The taste is not great either. Only the sauces were fine and the portions were big. The crew was friendly too. Nevertheless, it doesn't change the fact that I rued this restaurant choice.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally did and do not recommend this place at all. You can get better chicken at McDonald's. Tasted like it had been frozen for months. Way too much sauce. To make things even better. I've been up all night with a stomach ache. Stay far far away.

Worst experience ever! I went last night with my daughter and mom to have dinner. Johnny our server was great, however management on the other hand was very unprofessional. She allowed a gentleman name Josh (Which is not an employee) to get drunk and be all over the kitchen serving area without a mask.I happen to sit right outside the kitchen so I experienced everything that went on. From the manager of the establishment touchIng all over him to her wiping off her sweat and not practice hands Washing afterwards to the cooks not wearing a face mask while being in the kitchen and handling food. This gentleman Josh was so drunk he started coughing all over the dining area. We were sitting at most 8 ft from when he started coughing. With everything going on, I found that very disturbing. The manager at some point walked out to the patio with Josh and were dancing all over each other’s face touched all over him very inappropriately. When she came back inside she went straight to the kitchen to prepare food without washing her hands. I did ask to speak to corporate or someone other than her. They have me a number for a gentleman Pete, I’m not sure if this is the owner but I haven’t been able to get on hold of him. When we left we saw the cooks and other servers smoking in the kitchen. I don’t recommend Buffalo Wings and Rings to anyone. I hope my experience help others. I will be contacting the health department to notify them about the situation.

Food is always fire. Jacob, the newest hire, was great and kept the conversation going even though the food took some extra time. Megan was great, too. Keep them both. Manager has a charming tough-love but atta-boy vibe, which is great. Gonna be back!
