Bombshells

Bombshells was so full until they had a 45 minute wait and so did Cheddar's but bombshells was not able to show appreciation for customers. Not even water nor a fun perk for sticking out the wait. I will be checking in on you guys and I hope that next time you will handle your loyal customers with care. However guys, I must say that Cheddar's really did a spectacular job of serving the customers that were actually waiting for the same length of time as bombshells had us waiting and they also gave us a fun perk just for waiting that long. Cheddar's has better customer service but to each it's on.

Some of the best wings in town. Service is usually good. Lots of TVs.nnPatio can sometimes have an overwhelming cigarette smell, but it is dog friendly.nnI’d actually prefer the girls to put on more clothes so it wouldn’t be as awkward to bring my girlfriend.

Decent bar scene very tasty wings. However if you're trying to get the hottest wings they have (nuclear) don't waste your timenThey are not that hot. Attractive and attentive waitresses.

Loved the atmosphere but didn't like our server. It was 3pm on a Monday. The place was not busy one bit. Our server took 10 minutes to come greet us and take our order. Brought the drinks out( one had no ice) then disappeared. One of us had to go to the bar to order drinks again and she saw him. She offered to bring the drinks to the table which took 10 minutes. She was just terrible. Drinks were kinda watered down.

The first time my husband and I visited we thought it was fluke, maybe it was an off night or maybe they were understaffed. We waited for a solid 20 mins before having to hunt down someone to serve us. By the time we got our food we had to box it up so we wouldn’t miss our movie (mind you now, this place is located in front of a movie theater so you would think a strong business tactic would be to focus on customer wait times) Fast forward to today, we visited this time with our two teenagers. My husband called ahead to be told there would be no wait. After being seated outside, 15-20 minutes had passed before we looked up and noticed no one came by, not even to offer us drinks, all while 4 waitresses continually passed us with trays of drinks to the tables of men around us. I then went back up to the hostess stand and asked if they would send us a waitress to serve us. The hostess/waitress responded “I can serve you” She followed me back to the table, waited for me to sit down to then say “we’re going through a shift change it may take an additional 10 mins” Really Sis???? Did you not know this before seating us in the first place? After doing the math, we realized we might be late to another movie so we walked out. After reading some of the recent reviews I realize this may have NOT been a fluke and we may have dodged a bullet with the food. I’ve never been a fan of leaving bad reviews but this establishment needs some serious basic training in customer service and hospitality. Do better.
