Ordered a Triple Dipper the Saturday before that arrived via door dash cold & had onions all over it when I asked for no onions. Said they would remake my order. Told them when I was going to be back today. Arrived as I said & no one knows anything about my order. Guy comes up to me says he has nothing on the books. No communication between employees no effort to help nothing. Said if I don’t like it to call another manager tomorrow. This place & the customer service is horrible.
Super slow service and they were not even busy.. Had to wait longer since they sat people at a big table that sat 10. There was 5 of them and 7 of us. After 30 mins just asked if we could be seated separately. Ordered drinks at 9 and apparently missed last call but was still charged for the drinks.
Waited at the door 9 minutes, then someone walked by with a tray of food. Never said anything. 4 minutes later we get just a moment. How many 2, ? 4 tables plus the bar had people. Everyone was in the back. 3 more tables came in after us. It was a 45 minutes before closing.
I like going there, and when the food is done right I really enjoy it. But the food is very hit or miss these days. It's either really good or really bad. It's very inconsistent.
Very awesome place to eat I love the atmosphere I just love the restaurant our server was amazing
