Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ordering online and picking up is a breeze. Groomers are awesome! Kudos to the management at this location. I used to go to the other Katy location and did not get the same service and friendliness that I’ve encountered at this location.
Pet Supplies Plus is an excellent store for all of our dogs' needs. It has ample staff that are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competitive, especially if you have a coupon from H-E-B! Highly recommend this store!
My Catahoula came out so soft and fragrant! Giant smile across her face and most impressively, her nails were so smooth and beautifully done! I don’t plan on taking her anywhere else anytime soon.
This is the best pet supply store around. They offer great quality dog food and cat food. They offer grooming services and the best part is they do home deliveries. The staff is also very helpful. Will never go anywhere else.
We love the friendly staff and have really gotten to know a few of them. We had our first home delivery and they even offered to bring the stuff inside and not just leave it at the door. The grooming ladies also do an amazing job on our dogs!
