Chase Bank

Today I sat down with Brian Miret to setup up a Business account. Brian was very patient with our team. We missed to bring few important documents with us. He worked very proficient while we waited to acquire those documents. All cashiers are rockstars! Overall experience at the Totem Lake Chase bank would be 10/10. this branch is always lacking in no of employees. employees are efficient but there is always a wait for simplest translation. they keep hopping between customers in drive through and lobby and phone calls. it’s confusing that’s why i have to coutious with my money. i can clearly see that employees are overworked. i wouldn’t want to work here.

The worst branch I ever been to. The staffs look clueless, and they gave the wrong information and directions all the time!!! Can you believe that? Because of that, we kept missing deadlines for some critical account opening and deposit money into wrong accounts. After all of that, I still want to give them a chance and ask for solutions, so I keep contacting and visiting the branch, but nobody cares and just asked me to leave a phone number every time. I left my number to them 3 times and nobody ever get back to me!! I would recommend nobody to this branch.

Worst Chase branch ever ... super hard to get into (construction all the time), low on staff, some of them rude, and terrible experience overall
