We'd like to thank HSBC banker Owen Wong for his effort in helping us resolve an issue with our overseas account. He went above and beyond what a regular banker would do in resolving a complex issue that they don't typically see in a local account here. His colleagues were also very helpful in expediting the process. In the end, Owen made the biggest effort and we really appreciate it.
I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to open accounts with HSBC. I called the totem Lake branch and met with Owen. He was very friendly and personable.Awesome guy. He really knows what he’s doing. Got everything straightened out for me within a half hour. I highly recommend this branch and Owen.
