The staff is very helpful and personable! I’m very happy with this branch’s service location and convenience.

My friend and I came in with the same problem. We did a mobile deposit the night before, and it did not clear the next day because we deposited after 9 pm.nSo we go in to ask for a portion of the check to pay bills that were due that day. Me and my friend had the exact same problem, the only difference was the preferential treatment my friend received because they had more money in savings. They gave her an advance on her check of 400$. That’s all I asked for as well, just enough money to pay my bills. But because I didn't have much in savings, I didn't get treated like a valued customer - because to them I was not. This is classist, and for people like my self that live paycheck to paycheck, to Wells Fargo we have no value to them as a customer. My friend and I were very disturbed by the blatant classism that I was subjected to. It was embarrassing to be treated and viewed as less then a person.

No longer exists at this location due to all the construction happening in Totem Lake. The previous site is now a very large building still under construction. It was a good place back in the day though. Unless they put a branch back in the new office building, you'll need to drive into Woodinville for your Wells Fargo banking needs.

Abraham is excellent. He is efficient and kind. I work for public storage so I am in here five days a week. I look forward to my bank run every day. He always has a smile.
