Very unhappy with no lobby access and super slow drive through service.

Love the people here.

Went into this branch today to get a withdrawal and close an account. I was seen by someone within the minute and everyone was so nice and helpful. I do not usually go to the bank but it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to this branch.

I have been with Chase for 18 years both personal and with my business. Their services has been awesome. The Woodinville branch is especially wonderful. The staff is always accommodating. They remember who you are, they ask how you are and have real conversations with you. They are fun but also professional, look at your accounts to see which fits you best and super helpful. Before Chase my banking experience was awful. They are always trying to find ways to make my business run smoother with their technology. I appreciate them especially the Woodinville Branch, they are my favorite.

I was defrauded by some low-life and Chase went out of their way to make sure i had peace of mind. They got the money back almost immediately and opened me a new account that was more suited to me. Ashwin was extremely friendly and helpful.nnThank you Chase Woodinville!nnMatthew H.
