U.S. Bank Branch

I have had an account at the Mountlake Terrace Bank Branch for 50+ years. The name has changed many times over the years. US Bank professionalism is far above any other Bank or Credit Union I’ve dealt with over the years I have been Extremely impressed with their practices many times since they opened their doors. The Bank manager’s name is Andrew. He is a very personable and helpful young man. A couple yrs ago someone tried to use my debit card online. The bank Immediately declined the purchases and froze my account. How they knew it wasn’t me is a mystery, but I was so glad they didn’t let most of the purchases go through. Only one was not declined so I was out $1.98. US Bank immediately returned my $1.98 and issued a new debit card. I was then and still very impressed and thankful. If looking for a new bank try US Bank. You’ll be happy about your choice.

Bank shutdown my debit card for no reason. When I closed my account they would not give me the balance and said they would send me a check. They lost the check and made me wait 90 to issue a new check. All this when they should have given me the cash up front. Terrible bank. Choose a different bank.

My mom is bank at US Bank in mountlake terrace since it was built I lost my mother recently and I'm waiting for a call back on one piece of paper that they supposedly said should be stamped even though my aunt... Has not received the money then it's gets stamped and filed at the court house.. but US bank 4 hours later still waiting at home they have not gotten back to me, I will not be putting my money back into their bank treated rudely on the phone

I have banked with all of the major banks in Seattle... Seriously. I do 90% of my banking with US Bank and 10% at a Credit Union.nThe Mountlake Terrace branch has an amazing staff, is very helpful, and is all about the customer.nI felt like I was always treated rude at Bank of America because I was younger and didnt hold that much of a balance. The way that BOA did their online banking was confusing and often led to getting overdrafts that were unnecessary. I used to go into Bank of America with the owner of my company, and he would be escorted to the front of the line (even if there were 10 people waiting).nAll in all, US bank has very good morals and ethics. When I call customer service, I talk to someone in AMERICA (not another country)! When I walk into the Mountlake Terrace Branch, even though my bank account might not have as much money in it as the person behind me, I get treated exactly the same.nI highly recommend US Bank to everyone!

I have an account U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities.nnUnfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge.nnWhat's so difficult about enabling that?
