The staff here is top notch, particularly Isabelle, whom really has been trying very hard to get everything accomplished properly for me, even if the call center operations seem to be making that more difficult... I've been having issues with the call center for a few days now and it seems as if the only times I'm ever able to accomplish anything on the account here is if I go in and the whole staff here really seems to take personal accountability for each and every customer in the door. Their manager was having a rough day today and even called me after I left the facility to apologize and make sure I was satisfied and to offer his personal help if I encounter any sorts of issues in the future whatsoever. The level of personal accountability shown by the staff here is absolutely top notch.

Worst branch. every time i go in they screw something up. One time I asked them to print out checks they did it to the wrong checking account. This time I asked them to order new checks and they did not put the order in. I'm tired of this branch and the incompetent people that work here.
