Washington Federal Bank

Super helpful employees! Nice interior and usually not too busy. Opened an account with them and took about 15 minutes. Have online, direct deposit, Android app, etc. They are a large bank, ranked in the top 100 largest banks in the US. Has competitive rates on money markets, CD's, etc. Super hard to get in/out of parking lot though!

Everyone who works here is sweet and kind. They are all helpful and super friendly. They actually want to get to know you. I usually bring my dog in, and they always have a treat ready for him. Thanks for being such great people!

Excellent customer service, top notch! I moved out of the area m, but I will always remember them. If you need to open a bank account, this are the guys to handle it.

This is by far one of the worst experience, I've had been with a bank. If they weren't shorting my account money when depositing checks their systems would reflect something different than it would reflect in mine and with the members in which I was paying with a check. I think I'll be looking for a new bank now this is ridiculous even then when you're trying to figure out what's going on they don't even try to help you out they just hang up on you

I've been a customer since 2006 when they were First Mutual Bank and I opened up my free checking account (now free if I keep $500 in it, a reasonable number). I recommend this bank to my clients that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken. Why? Because unlike US Bank, they along with Chase, BECU, Bank of America, and others allow free downloads into both of those software packages.
