Had a 100% satisfactory experience at the Lake City branch on 7/31/2019. I needed some old statements from a checking account I closed a year and a half ago which turned out to be not an easy task. Bank specialist Noah Wasser went above and beyond to fulfill my request. That the bank was nearing the end of its operating hours made me appreciate his hard efforts even more.
Bank of America has not helped small businesses during PPP crisis, no status updates, no follow-up on application. Worst customer service. Helping corporations first, not the people who need it most. Really disappointed.
If I could give B of A a zero I would. This branch exemplifies the issues. I try to only use ATM to deposit.
I visited this branch as new to the neighborhood and a security guard greet and opened the door for me, did not have to wait but five minutes to get to the teller and was helped with a smile to get new currency as I’ll be traveling for the holidays, on my way out the security guard also wish me happy holidays with a smile, this is one happy customer.
Not even trying to help customers to get appointments and open new accounts, zero star
