Wells Fargo Bank

I think this is very rare for me to give a poor rating only if I am not deeply frustrated. I noticed this branch's poor rating but anyway ended up going as its the only one near by. I walked in at 4pm with an hour remaining to close. Entire bank was literally empty with only one customer. Teller lady checked on me when I walked in and said they are fully booked for today and need an appointment. I was ready to wait but they were not ready to serve. Mean while, one customer who that's in there left as well. That puts me as the only remaining customer in entire branch. I waited next 15min outside branch in my car checking on walkins and there is only one lady who used outside ATM and did not even enter bank. Poor ratings on this location are for a reason !!

Aside from almost getting a security breached and credit card information stolen i did get assistance from one of the bank tellers here who did everything in their power to get my account back and secured. I recommend seeing Mrs. Yukiel Perez.

I was just trying to help someone who works in a nursing home to avoid exposure to protect the vulnerable adults they care for. But the branch manager refused to accept the deposit

Becare full with your deposit cash in here. The staffs are mean. Cuz they won't let you see when they counting or give you receipts of cash counting machine. If you said your money more than they counted, they will upset and told you bring your money back.

Don’t know why there are quite a few negative reviews. I have been using this branch for more than five years. They are always friendly and efficient. Maybe my requests are easy like deposits, cashier’s check, etc.
