Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We sat in the drive thru for over a half hour just for my mom to make a deposit. At one point, we sat waiting for a receipt for over 10 minutes only to have the teller come back and ask for ID, and then 15 minutes later an initial. The teller laughed at our anger over her pitiful excuse for customer service. I am more grossed out by Bank of America than ever before and am getting my mom's account out of there asap!

If only there was an option of 0 stars!nThe customer service at this branch is the worst imaginable.nPlease don't encourage them by either opening or maintaining an account there.

One Teller!! Zero help from the manager! Teller helps drive up and main line! You have to wait forever! Not the tellers fault she was friendly but unbelievable that a big corporate like BOA does not value it’s people or customers!!!

Horrible and unreasonable customer services. You have to make an appointment to wire money domestically (at least (Lake Forest Park Town Center branch location) and the earliest day available is Tuesday. That's obnoxious and It's time for me to switch to Chase, US Bank, or local banks
