Don't Buy Their Shoes are imitations or not the real brand. Their Pumas are not real I ordered a size 7 and then 9 and they fit the same. How could that be, it makes no sense at all. Returning and waiting on refund. Purchased through Amazon

I purchased some sneakers from Showbacca in October 2020, since I saw a sale for them on their website, and I needed new sneakers. The sneakers did not fit me and their customer service is great. Easy returns and they sent me a prepaid UPS Return Label. I normally like to buy my sneakers and clothing from Simon malls under their mills brand which are indoor outlet malls, like The Mills At Jersey Gardens, and Grapevine Mills or Simon Premium Outlet Malls like Grand Prairie Premium Outlets which is not far from Irving Texas or Jackson Premium Outlets. I prefer this since these types of shopping complex's have stores by the shoe/clothing company it's a experience plus their are great deals on the merchandise here. I think I'll use Shoebacca as a backup in the future for shoe buying.
