THEY are so rude it's crazy ! Clearly when you answer the phone you suppose to state your NAME so the customer can call you by your name so the sale associate and the The AM he put on the phone didn't at all I clearly said who I'm speaking with .........His replied THE AM manger on duty ...........I thought I was getting punked so I said excuse me what is your NAME again .......His replied is anything u want........Me speechless so then I ask who's your Gerneral Manger ? He replied that's not important I see you dont want anything and hung up .......OMG NEVER IN MY LIFE SOMEONE HAS BEEN THIS RUDE OVER PHONE AND IM NOT A RUDE PERSON I WOULD NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN IM SO OUT DONE
