The hubby and I went out on our dinner date and since we both love Mexican food we decided to stop in El Fenix for a bite. They do practice the Covid rules very well. Our server was super Awesome. She got our order correct and out really quick. She even brought us more tea without us even having to ask. Our dinner was hot and great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the the food was way to salty and the restrooms smelt like there was a sewer issue. The chips and salsa was great but I just wished that both were hot but no biggie.

Food was great and environment was cozy and pleasant. Great staff and very friendly! Will definitely be visiting this location more than usual. Chips and salsa are awesome and those margaritas are the best thus far. Come by and check it out!!

The vegetable enchiladas were great. The flan was good. Whomever made the flan either failed to mix the ingredients properly or (more likely) cooked it too fast at too high of a temperature which caused separation.nnFlan is a custard. If properly cooked it should be melt in your mouth smooth. I had to chew their flan.

This particular El Fenix is great. I've been to several around the area and this one seems to have the best service by far. Plenty of parking, ample space to spread out and eat and great food.
