Perfectly baked with lots of cheese, well balanced sauce and a good portion of sausage and added pepperoni. The chicken Alfredo was outstanding. Just the right amount of not too watery or too thick Alfredo sauce and nicely grilled strips of chicken. The mozzarella sticks were also fantastic. I'll definitely order again!
Great food. I kind of just ordered something random that I didn't even look at and when it came I was a bit scared because I don't like green peppers but I loved it still. Will definitely come again. Staff was super nice too
The food was really good and alot of it for the price. The Mexican candy shot was really good. I will say long Islands are better when not built in the glass tho... Staff was friendly. Patio was lovely.
Italian Cafe is a staple on Lake Carolyn. Is it the best Italian food I've ever had? No, it's not. It is decent quality, but can be a little bland. I'm also not a big fried food person, which is a big part of the menu. At least the stuff my friends like to order. That being said, they do have a lot of options: pizza, paste, etc. Therefore, everyone should be able to find something they like. I know what I'm getting when I go there, and they are an essential part of the community on the lake.
Good food, location, and prices, but service really needs to be checked. Very disorganized, inattentive, and borderline rude on multiple occasions
