My wife's favorite restaurant. A bit overpriced but quality stuff and good service so it makes a great date spot or if you have the income a great spot for the family. Fun experience the decor give a very nice atmosphere. Decent drink selection. Simple to understand menu.

Great tasting pizza! Desert are a must try!nOur server Cesar was super friendly and attentive! Wait time were bit long but they offered to call us when a table was available! Five stars! Thanks for a great dine in experience!

Zero Stars... I have been to other locations in the past, but this weekend my family and I decided to make the drive from Ft.Worth to this location. I am left speechless as to the service my family and I received. When I walked in the door no one greeted us, nor came to seat us. My family and I stood at the door for a good three minutes, no one ever spoke to us. There was on employee who made eye contact, yet he just continued to fold napkins. There was another employee who was on the phone and also looked our way, but didn't gesture us anything either. I felt as though we were invisible. My nine-year old was the one who was the most disappointed as he had been speaking of eating pizza all week. We walked out and went to another restaurant where they did actually provide service to the customers.nSo my question is, do your employees choose whether they would like to provide service to certain customers and not even acknowledge others???

Grimaldi’s was near the hotel I was staying, so being a mom of 2 kids, pizza always satisfies. It wasn’t busy, as it was a week day and were seated right away. It went downhill from there. Our waitress seemed like she may not had a good day and wasn’t very attentive. Being our first time dining at a Grimaldi’s, she was not helpful with the menu. I ordered pesto sauce to go with my caprese salad and didn’t get it until I was done with my salad. She shrugged and still charged me the $2. Refills were also not offered; we had to ask. I ordered the Margherita pizza and the pepperoni pizza. The margherita pizza was delicious and the crust had the perfect amount of crisp. The pepperoni was over cooked and had a slight burnt flavor. I guess this place is a hit or miss. Good luck!

two days ago was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the first-rate dishes and wine and with the friendly payment. We will no doubt visit there in a short time.
