Place is not too busy right now. But I must say, I enjoy spending time and money here on my pets. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and chatty. They have a good selection of items and knowledgeable about their products. I recommend visiting, even if you just want to wash your pet... They have pet showers to rent.
My favorite pet store ever. The staff here treats you like family. Always welcoming, always attentive and always happy to see you and chat! At least when I'm going to spend a lot of money, I'm going to spend it with people I enjoy. Super wonderful store! Very highly recommend.

The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and best of all, honest. They truly care about the animals we call family, and it shows in their hospitality.nnI asked an employee to help me decide between two cat food brands for my picky eater— she admitted that she did not have experience with the more expensive brand, but that her cat (who is also picky) enjoyed the other one. I really appreciated that honesty, rather than just trying to upsell me.nnThis is by far my new favorite place to shop for my kitty’s needs!
This is the best store in North Texas for all your pet's needs! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring adult staff. Outstanding selection at fair prices. Our dog loves going to Pet Supermarket in McKinney, and we do too! You will love it!
