I write this because I’d like the owner to see. I used to enjoy this place. I was a frequent customer at one point but after tonight... Never again. The staff was trash. I left without finishing my meal out of disgust. . I’d say let them go, but obviously their potential could get them no other employment. With that Ill say train them better because I don’t see them working anywhere else. Tell have them that if they want to make rude comments, do it where nobody can hear them. I was a heartbeat from laying down the law today. The star I give is only to leave this comment.
We generally like Chili's and this encounter was great. This was the first time visiting this location. It was nice, new, clean and spacious. My chicken fried steak was amazing and one of the best I've ever had. The steak was tender, properly seasoned and just melted in your mouth! The waiter however was a bit slow. Well done Chili's!
With intermittent power at our house in Celina, we stopped to get a takeout order. KUDOs to entire team at Chili’s Prosper, as service and food was just as good as if we were inside restaurant. Thank you Chili’s. Well done
Visited 3/14/21 for a late lunch. Had the Quesadilla Explosion salad. By the evening, I started experiencing stomach discomfort. Was completely sick the following 4-5 days. Had to go to the doctor because the food poisoning symptoms were not going away. Doctor did an ultrasound and said I likely had salmonella, probably from the chicken on the salad. Now I'm on two strong antibiotics.
My order was made online, delivered to my car at the curb, and was delivered fast and hot when I got it. I ordered the Chili's Chili Burger, which I eat open faced with a knife and a fork. It's great. My grown kiddos ordered the salmon and the player with 3 appetizers and they both said it was cooked to perfection. So, we had a great hot meal that we picked up on the way home from running errands. Fast, easy, reasonably priced, and good and hot!
