I had an appointment yesterday to try on bridesmaids dresses and Kimberly was my consultant. She was very helpful and friendly! My friend who is the bride chose a large selection of dresses and we narrowed it down to just a few based on my style. Kim was very knowledgeable about each dress and even helped me try on my first wrap dress. I was also looking at a dress outside of the bride’s selection and I didn’t want to go outside of her list, so Kim found a dress that was similar within the collections. She was very professional, and made me feel comfortable and confident in the dress choice I made. I will recommend Kim to any brides/bridesmaids in the future!nThe reception desk was also very friendly and made me feel welcome when I walked in.
Today I had an appointment with this store and it was amazing experience. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and professional. They did their best helping me to find a best dress. There was two girls who helped me , one of them was Chloe. They were both very nice and sweet and made my experience very special. Thank you David bridal for your amazing customer service
I had an amazing experience at this location. I am shopping for a wedding dress for my friend and the ladies here were so patient and understanding with me since I was doing shopping for someone else. Minako found the dress for me that I located on the website and also showed me others that fit the preferences that I was giving her! Kimberly helped me to find the perfect shoes in my price range (which was very low) and got me all taken care of! Also I noticed and appreciated Bella as she took care of a larger bridal party in the back of the store, she did great to make them feel comfortable and welcomed! I definitely recommend visiting this location!
I went to David’s Bridal at least twice a month before my wedding. From picking the perfect dress, the garments, masks, on down to the alterations, the staff at Southcenter David’s Bridal are the BEST!! From the time I walk in the door I’m greeted with friendly smiles and an honest answer. By the time you leave, they’d have you feeling like family!! I had the best time finding a dress here! I was a bit nervous about trying on a dress and overwhelmed by possibly not finding one but from the moment my friends and I stepped in, I knew it was going to be better than I expected. First we were greeted by Laura when checked us in. She was so kind and made the space feel less intimidating so going into the appointment I was more ecstatic than nervous.nnAs for my appointment, Bella is definitely a dress whisperer! She helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding that represented my personality and made me feel the most beautiful. I truly don’t think I would’ve found the one without her. Also, her energy was just everything, I felt comfortable and had fun while on the journey to finding my wedding dress. I can’t thank her enough for her time & guidance. I definitely recommend coming in for an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!nnI also loved how Bella, Laura and Kimberly hyped me up when I was trying on dresses and when I found the one. It was like I brought more guests to help me pick a dress than my two friends who came with me. Great vibes overall and I felt like the one in the dress. The best time.
