Blew out the heel on my 8 year old pair of Red Wing boots. Great, comfortable work boots.nnJust purchased a new pair of Red Wings. Excellent customer service at the Tukwila store and great selection.

Great shoes. Great customer service.
The staff aren't up on the product line. I've been brand loyal so bloody long, I can see the old products in the new ones. Like, for example the boot oil and leather dressing. I get it things evolve and change, but if you're selling me items blindly because corporate tells you to, instead of knowing what works through your experience, then you'll lose the client everytime!
