Clarks are great shoes. Expensive but they last forever and are always very comfortable. Not too many retail stores in our area but the Southcenter location is nice and service is good.
Decent shoe store. I tried a few items and the sales associates seem to push the most expensive ones rather than what you would like.
I had this brand recommended to me and I had been looking online, but decided I should try them on before buying. The employee I spoke with was not interested in helping me. I wanted to ask about a different color but she wouldn’t walk with to the shoe, despite asking which I was talking about. I walked over myself, held it up, to which she responded that all color options were out. I decided to try on a pair of the boots, but ended up feeling they didn’t have the foot support I was wanting. The employee told me that was weird and my foot must be different than others. Before I could request a different pair, I was wished a good day and they left. I’m really bummed, as I was excited to give Clarks a chance after the reviews I saw, but now I guess I’ll look at other brands.
Bought a pair of shoes and they didn't fit well/went and returned them for the right comfy shoe. Nicole, very helpful through this whole progress of me finding the right shoes for work. My shoes come in a week! Can't wait. All smiles.
Customer service was wonderful. Shoes are comfy, however my feet are sweating! Could be better once I break them in.
