Great Customer Service. Boot $ purse collection on point. Great selection of Accessories.
Worst and weird customer service. They wanted to get my email address to send receipt and I gave it to them 7 times including showing them digitally on my phone but they just couldn’t get it even though it’s just 8 characters. And didn’t give me any option to skip it and just give the paper receipt until I said I will just buy it online and started to leave.
Great people work there and great people shop there.
Greater selection compared to Europe.nWe really appreciated the order to store option within 7 days (if the product was sold out at the time).
